Lost like a sunken tresure

Forgotten like the lost generation

And left behind like an orphaned child

How I miss you

Miss the time we spent together

How could I have forgotten you

Or lost contact with you

How could I have made it easy for us to drift apart

How could I have let a gem like you slip right through my fingers

How could have forgotten the tears we shed together

How could I have forgotten the secrets we shared

How could I have let you walk out of my life without putting up a fight

How could I have broken our sacred pact to never lose touch with each other

How could I have left you without even saying goodbye
