It's good when controversy ends 

When the winds blow

And all things are amend 

Love is to be cherished not owned 

Not to be dealt 

Like a pack of cheap cards

For someone's ego 

Forgiveness is where it's at 

When time doesn't heal all wounds

So, be that point of light

Starting out today 

Maybe even into tonight 

Know these words 

That: "forgiveness heals all wounds"

And love makes it right...
