Darkness 7.7.01

Folder:
2001

what makes the darkness so eerie?
Is it the silent touch of a precarious wind?
But it is all wrong, we could not live on lights alone
Anyone who believes that truly cannot see clearly

It's identified in movies
Staple for horror, terror stirs when light is no more

It's feared in loneliness
When one is under delirium
Thinking of no end
Is when you start to hear them

Stories of the past
Relics of old
Lurking in your mind since childhood

What about dark secrets?
I guess we could not live without them...
Scandals that ruin lives
Stories of murder, stripped clothes..

Even the sky is dark from time to time
I guess even God knows that the sun must fade
When the world doesn't deserve to shine..

Would we really have it any other way?
