Mental photographs waft among the dust bunnies

Elation and devastation forcefully intermingle 

Tears as rain 

Joy and pain

on multiple canvases from yesterday

left hanging

but not forgotten

Claims of fulfilling a complete life 

are honored and validated here 

The most vibrant levels of personality

shared only by memories relayed by tongue

I find confidence buried amongst the valuables

Excavated pride a smile cannot quantify

A compassion I've loaned from loved ones for years

Something cherished when weariness, inactivity take reign

Something I need to repay in heartfelt currency

when paramount moments and panoramic measures collide
