In the darkest part of the sky so blue. Here flares that shadow in the midnight sky. For it shall never lower, because it holds this burning memory of you. Without you I'm lost and left to fade away. Can't you see these tears that I cry for you? Where my heart is left alone for the every day. I'm alone and jaded as this memory sinks deep into. You once took all my pain away in the best way. Now you give it all back as if you no longer care. So here I am kneeling on the ground listening to what you have to say. Wishing I could cover my ears and imagine you was never there. But you will never fade away like I have so. You will always be here in my every thought and tear. Even after the hurt that burned to glow. The darkness covered my tears and hid my lonesome fear. Where my heart is always open and you'll never need a key. I'll be here waiting for you to once again return. Holding your picture, but I don't need it to see. For you will always be in my thoughts and just as this love for you in my heart it shall ever burn.
