Oh how i bleed the words

Of a soul long departed

It longs to have its truth spoken.

Listen to it cry out happiness.

drink in my soul and cover me.

in the shadow of its warmth i hide.

Oh how I love its solidified embrace.

Hold me close and never let me go.

Please look into my eyes and see me

Recognize me for who I truly am.

A child of your will answering you.

I will try not to disobey nor stray

I will always try to follow you.

And love you as purely as

You love me.
