I live in darkness
I can't be seen in light
though now I prefer the day
I have only night
there is, however, only one way to get through
that is
I must fight
fight for what is right
fight for the right of all man kind
though I am not a man
I am just a Vampire With a Soul
and if you seen me
right off hand
you wouldn't know
for all you see
is a face
a body
you wouldn't know
but if you were to take a step into my world
then you would know
how this curse makes me feel
it makes me feel like I'm real
like I'm man
so as you can see
you are no different from me
we are all just beings
out there for the world to see
if you could just see me
and accept me
for who I am
you would then see
I am more than just a man
