No Hope
My heart is heavy with a pain
That never ends
The pain comes from the knowledge of knowing how far I am into the darkness
There is no hope, no way I can come out of the hole that I live in
I can't see any light to this dark, cold, fear filled place
Where is the light that I used to see when I was younger
Why has every thing turned to misery
Where is my happiness gone?
The light is still there. You
The light is still there. You just have to remove the blanket. Look to your heart, I'll bet there's a spark. (p.s. sorry for your pain)

I know it is still there it is just hard to find it once you have lost it you know? I still try to find it but it is a battle.
I completely understand...
I completely understand... Know those feelings intimately. Meditation usually helps me when i go to those dark places. I do a form of breathwork that really helps alot. Opens up the heart chakra and clears blockages. Quite a beautiful experience. Especially when i keep up the practice. Hope you find sonmething that works for you. :) peace, love and light -HW

There are many different
There are many different forms. I do a pranayama breath. Laying down, two breaths in, first into stomach, then chest, then exhale. Keeping a good rhythm. First 5 minutes the ego gets in the way but after that is smooth sailing.. :)
