A World Of My Own

Folder:
Poetry

Now that my last love has been forgotten,

And the air's grown cold..

All the dreams that I have sought,

May have ceased to grow old.

They may seem new,

But I've further to pursue,

In this world of mine..

I have loved those dreams so much,

That I may have crossed the line..

I AM TRAPPED

In a world of my own, with no place to call home,

Where there are only hopes and dreams..

But, when I try to explain, nobody believes.

Will this ever end? Only God knows.

Maybe I will be who I want to be, And no one will oppose.

Author's Notes/Comments:

I was fourteen when I wrote this one.. And at youth camp. I wasn't like all the other kids..
