He sit's rocking back an forth
with tears in his eye's
covered in blood he holds a brother
in his arms
whispering why ?
in vain
three more day's and you'd of been home
you ask if Hero's cry
Sitting alone in the wind blown sand
reading a letter from a distant land that
was once called home
she couldn't wait
so much has changed
never meant to hurt but ......
An you ask if Hero's cry
sitting alone behind four wall's
he can't breathe
cold sweat pours from every pore
as the wall's keep closing in
night after night the nightmares come
thinking maybe it would of been better
if he hadn't made it home
