Why do I even bother

It's just another lost cause

I'm ready to end it all

My dreams have been broken

I'm standing on the edge

Ready to fall

I've become my own enemy

Fighting a losing battle

And there's nowhere to run

All I can think of

Is pulling this trigger

Freeing the bullet from this gun

Leaving this world behind

Would be a blessing

A beautiful end

All my worries behind me

My mind can now rest

For my life I surrend
