Never quite looking the way I want
A nervous past will continually haunt
Abandoned forever by these I love
Fluttering off by wing of a dove
Lost, falling, hurting
Off, down and bruning
Fire consuming, but where to lead
Direction we must take heed
Fires engross, become your all
Fires destroy, leading the fall
Warmth consumes us, all that we are
Until these hearts eternally far
No longer beating synchronized
By our separate desires hypnotized
Will we endure this wintry haze
Awaking at once from this threatening daze
What then lies before mine eyes
Besides your tangled web of lies?
A ghostly mystery of a past long gone
Shattering as dark at break of dawn
Though the sun now wraps the sky
A piece of hope will forever die
For in this lonesome heart of mine
A shadowed sun is left to shine
Never seeing full light of day
Clouding my vision with slightest dismay
Rain may fall down, heart of mine
I question is it so with thine
Beating and breaking into thousand pieces
Comes the day when all this ceases
Rainbows, unicorns and leprechauns arise
Symbolizing the moment no one cries
Death is merely an illusion
Shrowded by depth of confusion
Questions often buried alive
Nothing left for which to strive
Eternally forgotten in ground of clay
One in a million asked to stay
A moment in time shapes the future
Illusion in mind set to stir
Living eternal on ways of the past
These moments you leave me will forever last
Impressions on this heart you leave
Just for one moment must we grieve
Streaming tears fall from mine eye
Marking the day we forever die
