B-A-N-A-N-A-S

My stomach smiles with a bunch of bananas. I done good making sure to stay stocked up. It is an enjoyable chore, a privilege, going to the grocery store to find and buy some unblemished specimens. Though if all the bananas are supremely green on their shelves, it becomes instead a blinding disappointment. The dull yellow is a softer sight, and those beautiful brown speckles entice with hints of delicious, creamy sweetness. Fruit is the most fulfilling food on this planet, I say, providing us its pure crystalline sugar, nature's way of nourishing the day.
