Another sunset, another wasted day
Another night to throw my dreams away
You said you would do anything to be by my side
But now you control my life
You tell me what I can't do and where I can't go
That's not the way you'll ever make yourself my wife
I had a vision, I had some goals
And I wanted you to share them with me
But lately all you've been is a roadblock and unwanted company
I can still remember the first time I looked into your eyes
So sad to realize that moment was so full of lies

Oh here we go, another night, another road
Oh here we go, I hate to say I told you so
Oh hear me say, I wish the pain could go away
Oh here we go, further down this lonely road

Another sunrise, another sleepless night
Another river of tears, another endless fight
You said you never wanted to see my face again
Yet you're still living in my home
Even when you're next to me, I couldn't feel more alone
And now we've come past the point of no return
Walking in figure eights through the fire of the bridges we have burned
I'm packing my bags and moving out West
So I can finally put the pain and the past to rest
But I wish you and the Atlantic all the best
Because I have a funny feeling that I'll never see either one of you again
