One Wish
As I sit here now what I find to be hard is that
I sit here and I look out upon a beautiful world
A world upon which I know there is true love
My heart knowing that I have not yet found it
I sit here watching those in what I so wish I was
That which is only what could make me happy
So if now I were just to make one solitary wish,
It would simply just be to find my one true love
To have someone to hold close and hold tight
Someone to hold next to me through the night
Someone to hold next to me and never let go
And no matter what happens, she would know
That I will forever love her, and I will forever
And that no matter what, I will always be there
That with her I would be, through thick and thin
For with her by me even a loss would seem a win
