Ode To A Couch

Folder:
Odes

Let me lie down

And rest my weary head,

I would rather be here

Than in my own bed.

Let me cuddle on your armrest

Put down a cushion, or two,

My eyes grow very tired

I melt into you like glue.

I enjoy having you around

It's you, that I adore,

I would rather grow tired on you

It's better than sleeping on the floor.

another one to make me laugh I have a country blue sofa that pulls out to full bed and a green velvet plush which I lay on to watch t.v. and can fall right out so yeah it's debateble whether that couch or the bed is more comfortable
