POSITIVE THINKING...
The road behind me is rocky
Full of mishaps, pain and smiles
And now the New Year faces me
I know I’m going to walk many more miles
Each step is a little victory
One inch closer to the unknown
Just one more indication
Of the courage and strength I continue to show
My journey has not been easy
And there are obstacles yet to come
I know I’ll pass some with ease
I’ll almost be beaten by some
Only I know what I’ve been through
Only God knows what’s still in store
But I’m armed and I am ready
With information and power unlike before
Nothing can hold me back now
Forwards is the only direction to go
And where my journey does lead me
Only the heavenly father doth know.
