Here I am standing in the pouring rain

Holding my heart, bruised and tear stained

The world beats me down, as if it were only a game

I fall to my knees, battered and slain

My words, may you listen to me

My only defeat in the game of love

Was inevitably everybody your victory



And I honestly don’t think that I will be able to handle this

Im probably gonna faint but before that happens im gonna go up in flames!



Oh it’s an unstoppable rage

Inside an unbreakable cage

And it’s needless to say

That my hearts gone astray

And now I feel old and I feel broken

Locked away up in chains

Never forgetting your name

Never getting over the pain

Oh and the chains just snapped

And the walls just cracked

Oh and you’ve given me nothing but pain

Now let me give it right back

Oh im gonna bring you to tears

Your gonna feel all my fears

The ones that tore at me for years



Oh I’ve been through hell

I shook the prince’s hand

I’ve embraced the darkness

Just because I can

This is a day of reckoning and its 12.01

I’ve gained my power and I’ve only just begun



It’s the fear that makes my fists clench up real tight

It’s the shadows that keep me awake all night

It’s the fact that you hurt me when im at my weakest

It’s the curse of knowing no matter what, I need this

Tell me why I am this way

Tell me what’s left here to say



For 100 years I’ve been the haunted

But never again shall I be the hunted

Theirs a fine line between

Fury and pain

So on my way to hell

Im gonna drive in the wrong lane

Hoping to die,

Whether it happens now or later the endings the same
