Pismo Beach
I went to the beach to soak up some Sun,
And check out the people; there to have fun.
I spread out my blanket in a centralized spot,
With the sun beating down; it’s makes the sand hot.
Sand Castles being built by children at play,
Are attacked by the waves; as the kids run away.
Pretty Girls tanning in their Bikinis so small,
A husband has to duck; for looking at all.
Over by the Pier are two groups of young men,
Playing touchback football; neither caring who wins.
Walking the beach is a couple grown old,
Still much in love; because each other’s hand they still hold.
Out in the water; are the Oceans true lords,
Riding the waves on their fresh waxed surfboards.
Enjoying Pismo Beach is what we’re each here to do,
So come join the fun; I’ll keep my eyes open for you.
