MY FIRST TRAIN
We set it up on
the table of pool. It was cool.
That was in the basement.
So, down below, we did go.
A new toy, brought this boy a lot of joy.
My dad did explain, he had bought for me see, a new train.
It made me glad.
He said he had a surprise for me.
I couldnt wait to see.
A twinkle in his eye.
He said he had had trains when he was a child, spread see on to me,
spread the family joy see to this boy.
The track we did lay.
Then, see with the train, we did play.
We had laid the track in a figure eight. It was really great.
He showed me how to make it go fast and slow.
That is something I wanted to know.
We really had fun.
We never wanted to be done.
