I'LL BE WAITING

Folder:
LOUVERE'S POEMS

No matter how many times you're late.

                         I'll wait.  I know it'll be great.

No matter how many timed I come home, all alone.

No matter how many times I feel stabbed by a knife.

I will wait for you to be back in my life.

I want you to be my wife.

I know you have to, for work, be away.

I know we cannot play.  I know that's ok.

I know I have to bear it and grin.

If we play the game long enough, we win.

I'll wait as long as it takes.  I know it's not a mistake.

I hope that you aee, I know you'll get to me.

I know, see, that you have other friends.

I know you have a lot of work to do.

               I won't be blue.  It's true.

               I have plenty of time.

               However you take is fine.

                I know you're worth it.

Yes, sure, I'll hate to wait.

I know it'll be, see, hard to endure.

But, I know you'll be pure. sUre.

It's you that I care for.

                 A reward.

No matter how many times you work overtime.

No matter how many times you work weekends, we'll still best friends.

See, to me, it'll always be fine.

No matter how many times getting home, you're late.

I'll be, see, alone, but no I won't hate.

My dear, I'll support your career, you have no fear.

No need to shed a tear.

There's no need to cry, on that you can relay.
