I'll Jog in Hell

The lie :

Concentrate on your breathing,

diaphram,

cadence,

pace,

not throwing up,

look down,

now back up,

wave at the elderly walkers,

imagine your lungs are a bag,

fill the bag up,

now contract,

this is kind of easy actually

a modicum of truth:

I feel like I'm going to die,

an old elderly couple waves,

i try to give the finger

but I'm too tired

so it's a half hearted wave,

I take in more air than humanly possible

but I'm still going to die,

she asked me to go running,

she never said a a damn word

about marathoning,

I look at her,

"only two more miles left!"

its so much worse than I thought,

I want to strangle every bicyclist

next man to have a recumbent bicycle?

He'll be peddling on fire

P.s. Never invite me running again
