Pain/Ilness We've come to an understanding,
my wolf and I.
That at least for now,
to let sleeping wolves lie.
He's grown tired of the chase
and the pursuing of me.
So he'll hibernate for a time
and just let me be.
My pleas were heard,
when I begged him to leave.
He actually took pity
and granted this reprieve!
Now it's time that I enjoy life,
while my Lupus is on 'stand-by.'
I'll be perfectly content
to let sleeping wolves lie!
