when its You that I would call.
You've always answered my cries,
and caught me before I could fall.
I feel Your arms around me,
taking away my sorrow.
Showing me which way to go,
leading me to tomorrow.
Even when I've turned from You,
You never walked away.
I still felt Your presence near,
whenever my Faith would sway.
Its hard to understand,
for a simple human like me.
How You remain so true,
with all the hurting that You see.
Yet time and time again,
through all my darkest hours.
You are the one I turn to,
to feel Your strengthening power.
