Why is a rose a symbol of love? Are people trying to say the love never lasts? That it always dies? Because a rose always dies in the end.It starts out beautiful, vibrant,and full of life. Then it ends crumbling, dryed out, and dead.Is that how love is too? I don't understand, I can't comprehend why it is such a symbol of love. Love is supposed to last forever. But maybe thats the lie. Maybe love IS like a rose, amazing, filling you with joy in the begining, then starts to crumble apart in the end. But then again, maybe it's saying that when that one special person passes away, so does the binding love that held you together. The love dies, just like a rose, because the other half is gone. Gone to wherever it may have went. There are probably numerous other questions and anwsers to this that may or may not be true, but there is one thing that we know is true. That is that no matter how much you think about it, how much you try to figure it out, love will always be a mystery, a code not even the best agent can decipher.
