  For the pain in my soul,

I hope your face fades away...

  In your eyes,

Is where the hurt is hard to bare...

  In your heart,

The only sanctuary I've ever known...

  This has to fade,

The sadness that fills your place in my life...

  This is the only way,

I am wounded and on my knees, you have to fade...

  Before the pressure shatters me

Like glass and concrete break as they meet...

  In the moon I see your eyes,

Its as if you are haunting me...

  I long to hold you,

Take this all away...

  Every memory of you must fade,

Before I break...

  To stay sane I cling to dreams,

They help to dull the pain...

  I look into you with all the love I possess,

A haunting chill runs through my viens;

  I awake, to find it was all just a dream...

This has to fade, surely time will help you drift away,

  I can stand this wretched darkness no more...

You must fade from my loathesome heart,
