Should I do something,

That I really shouldn’t do?

Should I do something,

That would ruin me

Ruin my present, ruin my future?

Or should I just sit back,

And watch my whole life

Just pass me by?

I really should take charge,

Take charge of my own life.

Take chances and make some mistakes.

But if I don’t take chances,

Then I wouldn’t make any mistakes.

The how will I learn?

By other people’s mistakes?

By reading about mistakes?

I really think that I should

Do what I wasn’t going to do

In the first place.

Take a chance in my life

Then only would I truly learn.
