Love In The Wind Love drifting upon air, transported on a breeze;
Temperate winds not constant , loves destination out of reach.
My beloved on distant shores, his promise a tease.
Thine heart in torment, for tis love I
beseech.
Yearning for the day when hand in hand we stroll;
Our meeting a resplendent eruption of passion and heat.
Versed in the heartbreak and sorrow that the wind has control.
When together at last; I gaze upon his face, my heart comes alive in a fierce fervent beat.
Can our love survive both distance and time?
Does not true love last when tested by forces beyond our control;
My faith is always constant with hope I do chime.
He has taken my heart ,my body ; my soul.
I implore the winds to send my love over land and sea;
His presence is my desire, I need him, want him...here beside me.
