On a dark and gloomy night, I see a candle light that shines before my eyes as i watch my tears run dry. 

The sky, the moon, the night is what this darkness has me tied to a whole eternal flame that brings nothing but a crying shame. 

What to do with this empty heart,

I knew I messed up right from the start. 

Not realizing the pain I would cause, I was lost in a battlefield and no train of thought, I had screws in my head, I had scars on my heart, I was blank inside no motion or remorse. Now as i sit here in silence i deal with the sorrow, heartache and pain and I pray in time things will heal for a better tomorrow when the vibrant sunlight shines on my face in hopes of sunshine.
