Embrace happiness
As it is
Now and here
Because this opportunity
Will never again
Be given to you
Be grateful
Be patient
Be thoughtful
Replace and
Forget
About sorrow
And grief
Let it all behind
Slide downhill
Of present moment
Anchor yourself
To your happy thought
Respect yourself
Respect thing called
Your life

To a degree, I think this is possible. Perhaps, generally, it is doable. It's an endearing thought. In some cases, though, I'm not sure seeking happiness actually serves us well. There are moments where we must embrace other emotions, because they too exist to help us. But I do think your poem - and it's imagery around troubles "sliding" away is, often, good advice. There are many things we do dwell too much on that bring us down in a way that doesn't serve us well.
