20:41pm  If you are reading this it means I survived the domestic flight to Abuja and back. I've been assigned a minor installation mission there and I fly off tomorrow morning, staying two nights at some hotel. From what I've heard the capital city is a world away from Lagos; wide and undamaged roads, much cleaner environment/streets, sparse population hence much less traffic. I am looking forward to discovering these things, but I am NOT looking forward to flying 'Bellview Airlines'. "Nah... they're not so bad", said T***, "they've only crashed once this year."

I just hope I get to have at least one proper jam on the djembe I bought at the Lekki market yesterday. I'm leaving it here while I go off on my mission, untouched - a virgin.

Author's Notes/Comments:

Still haven't had the chance for a proper jam... maybe on the weekend there will be another barbecue - will be sure to bring the djembe & guitar along. Was just told today (04/10) that I'll be heading off again soon, for another couple of minor missions - one in Port Harcourt.
