From my deep slanted eyes and full lips to my rich black skin.
From my ambition to my independence; my genetic traits from you are a given.
You lead by example and you love without boundaries.
You give without expectation and showcase humility profoundly.
Every day you seamlessly multi-task and are always there when someone needs you.
You have never neglected any of your family even if it is not always reciprocated to you.
I am amazed at how you are the constant achiever and don’t let anything hold you back.
Your turn failures into lessons; don’t let obstacles disable you; a quitter’s heart is what you lack.
Your unconditional support of family has made you a legend in your own right.
Barbara you are my mother; I love you and I tell the world with the upmost delight!
