It raged for years, and still it rages on,

Famine and Genocide in the Sudan!

Extermination of black Christians, -  while

United Nations  watch and live “High Style”



For many years this body did preside-

Officiated over Genocide;

Think Rwanda, Bosnia and East Timor,

Cambodia, and some other countries more.

.

To clamors of despair all deal and mute,

They supervise the program “Oil for Food”

But rip- offs from the famished brings disgrace,

Brings down and shames the entire human race.



Lost mutilated children limp in pain,

Lost Christian orphans  scream for help in vain,

Parched is the soil of Sudan, drenched with blood,

But big-wigs do stand idly by and glut.







But woe” - so short is the attention span,

There was - a time,- a song, called “Never Again”,

That fops, while playing poker sometimes croon,

“Never Again!” - this frivolous, scatterbrained  tune.”.



Behold how Big-Wigs from new cars  alight,

Aloof to massacres and Genocide,

Scarce is fine wheat,  of troubles are enough,

Who wants to pay for costly useless chaff?.
