yeah the irritation of a busy is right up there with calling 411 info to get a number and the automated asks you city,state,and name of whatever you say it,repeat it then told they'll pass you to a live operator. Why not just keep the live operators they hear all the automated nonsense anyway and you get charged for the 411 calls anyway!
