Would it not be so sweet
If, in heaven, doth we meet?
A genial moment to endure
In lovely Providence thus ensured
Where angelic zephyrs are known
Like sunniest hours will hath grown
And these tears can be surceased
Once the bells resound ease
A simple hug of affection
— the charm, 'tis never wearisome —
Words spoken in tender eloquence
To bring you much contentment
Unlike beneath the livid sky
Bathing from the sunlight,
Warmth will be gathered here
Just as long as thou art near...
This is an amazine peice of work, I am so astonished by the work that you do. you have tons of poetry that i have read that I am in love with. Keep up the good work!
Romantic and fantastical. Personally, I'm not ready to die even if that meant meeting my soulmate. I'm more concerned with being here to raise my son. Priorities change when you have a child. It's not that it's not nice to have a special someone in your life, but you find it to be more worthwhile to put that time, energy, devotion into loving your child and raising him/her right. Finding that special someone is a bonus type deal, which is complicated far more than before you had your child because now you have to make sure that special someone not only loves and treats you right, but also your child.
