The Hidden Side Of The Moon

An extension to secrecy of mystique and embrace

the side not illumined because of the light's bleariness,

time expands and yet you do not heal, these wounds.

Shining brightly to cache the pain, dried face, a smile,

you look unfamiliar notwithstanding the past blows.

Dearest, hold yourself.  Sing a lullaby of yearning

not for the penury of incompletion or love

but for stepping forward to a day happier,

however once you step out of the shell and

into the river that is.  A moment for change lies dormant,

and although one cannot change the past, ingrained,

stiff, written, but surmountable as it is, your catharsis

is needed.  The craters remain as the past at one moment

played.  A part of yourself yet change is within.

The hidden side of the moon eventually will hide

no longer so smile true, the pain disappears and

experience liberty.

I can see that you write a lot of moon poems, and although you write a lot of them, I must say that they are a true gem in the tune that makes them unique!! I guess that everyone has a certain kind of something that they write about, and with many different ways of expressing them into words, and that soon it becomes a collection that they'd continue to add onto!! "The Hidden Side Of The Moon", is a fantastic piece that is written by someone like you!! You are incredible at writing these things!! =)
