Two thriving hearts filling with fear,
Afraid that the devil has brought the end near!
Minds fill with rage, jealousy and pain,
The strength within us slowly begins to drain!
You needed time, you have your space,
To lose your love is a feeling I can't face!
Shaking and scared I sadly cry through the night,
The images haunting me from the last words of our fight!
Lonely nights passing by with the coldness it's true,
My love flowing strong, I worry more about you!
Do you not love me, did your love go a stray,
Terrible thoughts going through me with each passing day!
Fear deep within me, the sickness builds up,
I look in the mirror and see an empty cup!
Visions of you leaving me in the cold so alone, turning blue,
What can I say, what can I do?
To be without you, how can I be strong,
How do I keep you loving me, How do I correct my wrong?
To rid your jealousy of me wanting another,
What do I need, to prove, that your my only lover?
I have given you a love letter, some poems and a gift you never asked for,
To prove my love, for you is real, I can only dream to do more!
I try my best, from my heart, to show you my love,
But even that isn't enough for you, my dove!
You deserve a perfect man that can be,
The only one that knows how to make you continuously happy!
Happy all the time, and always full of good cheer,
I pray from within my heart, that you choose to hold me near!
