Today I'm feeling kind of good,
And I think she finally understood!
What my love should mean to her,
And that it will last forever, I know, I'm sure!
The hurt is there and same with the pain,
But, I will be there waiting because it's her love I will gain!
Just like the sun that will always shine,
I know one day she will be mine!
Until that day I will be alone,
Left to myself to wonder and roam!
Hoping and praying that she is happy,
Even when she is not with me!
So precious and so very dear,
Why can't she just see it clear?
Maybe the truth will come to her in a dream,
And soon I'll be with her and my life will gleam!
But just as long as the lasting thunder,
I'll have nothing to do but to wait and wonder!
