Sometimes the pain hits so strong,

Just like the length of a very good song!

Thoughts of you going through my mind,

A love like yours I'm very lucky to find!

Confussion and frustration coming to me in every way,

Longing for you to come each night and every day!

The lonliness builds, from being without you, deep within,

Makes me feel like a fish in water without a fin!

I stay awake, crying in bed, late each night,

Wishing you were here with me, holding each other tight!

Your whispers of love seeping in my heart,

Sticking to it like a bullseye struck with a dart!

You're a woman of beauty, and sweet happiness,

You touch my soul with a gentle caress!

Those three little words we speak before bed,

"I love you," forever lasting in my head!

So, Carrie, my love I beg you to hurry to me,

For an everlasting love, for all eternity!
