Heat beneath warm blanket

Radiating from your limbs to mine

Entwined

Third time

Lips against my back and neck

Make love to my lifeless hand

Breathe pushed against my hair

Murmers of promises not there

Nor fair

Pounding in my chest

I know you can feel it

Pulsing as you draw me close

Can't stand it

Feeling that you're near

And my body yearns

But what I want

Is not really there

You won't give more

Then whispered words

And complex questions

But it makes me think

What do I fear?
