Swallow perched on the lone tree top
Mother pleaded " Be careful, you may drop"
"I won't drop , I won't fall, I know how to fly"
Tiny swallow spread its tiny wings and flew up high
Fluttering its wings ,excitement reigns the ignorant
Mother's heart skipped a beat --- she thought....
"How happy is the mother of the calf grazing
Four feet firmly set on land...
Alas ! my baby has only two skinny legs
But she looks more elegant than tiny eggs"
Mother swallow spied the butterfly
"The butterfly is prettier than my only baby
Just can't believe it was once a caterpillar
I wish my baby was a butterfly- I would be proud"
Mother looked up .... baby was out of view!
"Maybe time has come for her to bid adieu"
Then the drizzle came.. the sun hid and smiled
Smiling with seven colours before the pot of gold
A tiny dark speck came to view
Baby swallow flew happily to its mother
"You are my lovely darling" with kisses began to smother

It will be interesting to see where internalized rhyming mixed with end rhyme leads, evolves, and when it breaks wide open there will be miracles ~Allets~
