Wanderer looking for a path
Lost his way in quagmire of men
Many enlightened supermen
Show pencil like slim candles
Which shod dim light on forest floor
But alas the path got lost
The candle‘s wax melted away
Just like my own short life
Yet I look at thousands of people
Happy on the path shown
Blind mice but they‘re wise
Not suffering from qualms
Of inner conscience & unseen light
Men'll be men till last drop fight
Never ever will they see light
Merry Christmas.
P.S. I haven't read the book . The title "Pathless Woods" by M A Rathore was captivating hence this instascribble
Pathless Wood
Even a book title can inspire. Great poem. Enjoyed the scribbler - once more in excellent form - yrpoemwriterofwaytoomanywords :D
The credit should go to the poet Mr Rathore
... anyway. Thanks so so much for your kindness. Joy to you in this Yuletide...
May Santa grant your wishes........................................................................
