Wordcook ??
well this just came to my mind
while browsing my morning newspaper.
It's the cooking which is important
to make the dish attractive to the eye
and tasty to the tongue.
Evey worder aka cook has his/her own recipe
depending on his/her inputs
& available ingredients.
I can't have a fresh peach here
to make jam or blueberry .. can I ?
But I have mangos , oranges, apples, and so on.
But again the taste mayn't be appealing to all eaters.
From this part of Eastern India
if I cook a spicy dish
it is quite likely that it
will be trashed
in another part of the globe
or even within the same country.
One cannot force some food on all and sundry.
So I don't get upset when
my laboured cooking is left uneaten.
My sincerest regards and best wishes
to all wordcooks on this great site.
Eat well cook well ..
Do NOT eat what you don't like.
You'll regret it !!
But do taste it you may like it
after all......
I'll try anything once,
I'll try anything once, sometimes twice, so keep cookin...lol
