in the shadow i see a trauplin covered shade

beneath it lay the calm depth of a wild gray sky

the sky above was laced with a dully gray hue

dark storms thundered on...rolling like raging bulls

and in the distance the flash of thunder brightened the horizon

   like a child i sought the shelter of the conniving way

my future's a light year away, my past too horrid

the sheltered calm of the shade soothe me.

in the distance the thunder rolled on..

and the trees swayed in the direction of the breeze.

the sun seemed a distant possiblity

the rays,hidden behind the fury of the sombre day..

it seemed a creation even the sun could not withstand

i stood by and watched the clouds.

nature seemed to have attended to every detail..
