I can't promise you the riches of it, for I myself I don't have much.

I can't promise you a life where down falls will never arrive

I can't promise you a smile each and everyday of our lives.

I can't promise you diamonds, silver and gold

I can't promise that I will always be there when you want

someone to hold.

I can't promise you that house that sit apond the hill.

I can't promise you the life that every woman wants to live.

But I can promise you my world and the riches that it give.

And I can promise you an up swing from the falls that we live.

I can promise you a diamond mine, with a silver heart that's good as gold.

And I promise you my house, my life, and when you need it, me to hold.
