I thought I'd sit down and write you this letter,

Now that I've gathered all my thoughts together.

I believe I went reaching much to far and much to fast,

For that elusive dream on that far far off path.

You captured me with your strength and thrilled me with your mind,

My will would not be broken, now my will, I can not find.

I've walked the highlights of a dream to a dead end reality,

I gave a fairytale speech in a nonfiction gallery.

You are the sweetest I've ever met in a far off land,

And nothing shall ever come in between where you and I stand.

Friends my friend, and I say this with a happy heart,

But sadden by the knowledge of knowing there's no greater spark.

This is not a good bye, just a simple see you later,

Our paths shall cross again using more then pen and paper.

And when this happens, I'll grab you, holding forever,

For second chances are a sign that two were ment to be together.
