Some people
My neighbour knocked upon my door
at half past two this morning.
I could hear him cus and swear
he did not give me warning.

I wondered what on earth is this
at such an early hour,
stood up from my kitchen chair
switched on the kettles power.

Perhaps he needs a friendly chat
get rid of moans and groans.
Just as well i was still up
playing my Trombone!!
