Exercise for people,
you know it can be daunting.
But if you apply yourself just right
then you wont fear any taunting.
Take a quiet moment
and with confidence just stand,
stretch out both your arms
with a 5kg potato sack in each hand.
With each week that passes
you will gain a stronger back,
then increase this new regime
take on a 10kg potato sack.
Before you know it folks
your arms will hold out longer,
try 25kg potato sacks
you are really getting stronger.
Your confidence is riding high
but there"s one thing that you lack.
Come on let"s have a go...
try putting some potatoes in each sack!!
