To late.

No one knew what to expect.

We just entered the camp

in the hope of saving lives.

What we found,

well,

what we saw

was a vision of hell.

Weak bald dying women.

Emaciated children

and corpses lying everywhere.

There were hardly any men,

alive at least.

Like the pink pages of a script,

completely written out.

To late to be saved,

to late to be liberated.

The thin white line.

Gone.
