Unspoken  

In a world so loud, my silence was louder.   

 Boundless feelings forever unspoken   

You left me caged, alone and broken.  

I lost all sense of love and emotion.  

The demos and fears you caused left my heart frozen.  

As days became weeks and weeks turned to years,   

I learned to forget you and dry my own tears  

I do not hate you nor remember your name.   

Because come sunshine, snow, cloud or rain   

I love myself now without any shame.
